Riverland built a 3–2 lead in the first half but couldn't hold on, as Minnesota West rallied with two second-half goals to claim a 4–3 victory in Worthington.

The Blue Devils struck first in the 8th minute when Flynn Perry (Farnham, England), assisted by Abdullahi Atanda Aderogba (Lagos, Nigeria), put Riverland ahead 1–0. Minnesota West equalized on an own goal in the 13th minute, then took the lead just two minutes later in the half.

Riverland responded quickly—Aderogba scored twice in an 8-minute span (assisted by Nick Asmus (Austin, MN) and Kgosi Modise (Ga-rankuwa, South Africa) to give RCC a 3–2 lead at halftime.

In the second half, Minnesota West turned the game around behind Neves, who completed his hat trick with goals in the 69th and 80th minutes, securing the comeback win for the hosts.

Riverland will look to bounce back Saturday on the road at Trinity Bible College. The Blue Devils are (5-5-1) overall & (2-1-1 Tied 1st Place) MCAC.
