Riverland Community College fell short against Minnesota West Wednesday night in MCAC women's basketball action 108-24.

Minnesota West set the tone early, building a 25–12 lead after the first quarter and then extended it to a 53–12 halftime advantage. 

Freshman guard Lexi Lewis (Austin, MN) and freshman guard Keeli Johnson (Houston, AK) each scored six points to lead the Blue Devils in scoring. Freshman guard Ellasyn Carrier (Houston, MN) added four points as well. 

Riverland will look to bounce back as they continue conference play Saturday afternoon against Anoka Ramsey.
