Riverland Community College women's basketball fell on the road Wednesday night, dropping a 91–18 decision to St. Cloud Technical & Community College at the Whitney Center.
St. Cloud Tech set the tone early, opening the game on a 15–4 run and extending the lead to 44–7 by halftime.
Sophomore guard Alexis Jones (Albert Lea, MN) led the Blue Devils with eight points off the bench. Freshman guard Najima Hassan (Mankato, MN) added six points for RCC. Freshman guard Lexi Lewis (Austin, MN) pulled down a team-high eight rebounds.
Riverland returns to action Saturday as it continues conference play at home vs Ridgewater.
