Riverland Picks Up 82-58 Conference Road Win Over Minnesota State

Riverland Community College continued its strong start to the season with an 82–58 road win over Minnesota State Community and Technical College on Saturday afternoon.

The Blue Devils took control early, leading 39–24 at halftime behind efficient shooting and a strong presence on the glass. Riverland shot 53.3 percent from the field and knocked down 10 three-pointers, building on the lead in the second half to secure the 24-point road victory.

Sophomore forward Joe Poyser (Wildwood, FL) notched a double-double pouring in a team-high 18 points & snatched 14 rebounds (6 Offensive). Sophomore guard Lubab Kambalo (Sioux Falls, SD) 16 points (4-7 3PT). Sophomore forward Tristan Coleman (Maywood, IL) 14 points (6-9 FG). Freshman guard Isaiah Lindor (Miami, FL) 13 points & 6 rebounds. Freshman guard Cam Fearon (Margate, FL) 9 points

Riverland also dominated the rebounding battle, 42–33, and finished with 15 assists on 32 made baskets.

#3 Devils improve to 17-1 (2-0 MCAC South) on the season with the win.
